Each design is an inspiration of the renowned architect Carlos Mckay, an expert in bioclimatic design. From the position of the houses to the choosing of materials, along with the layout of spaces, each detail has been thought out to take advantage of the natural environment and please those who value tranquility, comfort and functionality.

Structure

Our houses are built with an avant-garde technology. We use bolted steel structures coated with magnesium, assembled under strict quality standards to guarantee durability and strength. The efficiency of this assembly system gives an exceptional constructional safety to each of our designs.

Roofing and Wall Enclosures

Each structure has thermo-acoustic panels which provide durability, security, thermal and sound isolation to the houses.

Glass Windows and Doors

Glass isolated windows and doors with bronze and light colors, high-standard aluminum frames and stainless-steel hardware, provide security as well as privacy at all times.

Furniture and Countertops

Kitchens have quartz countertops, finished bathrooms, closets and laundry rooms with modern designs and high-standard materials.

Lighting

The lightning design provides wall and ceiling lamps with energy efficient LED lightning technology, offering a warm, comfortable and energy efficient ambiance.
